Florida publishes a file containing every registered LLC and corporation in the state. For a large share of those filings, the address on record is the owner's home address — because that's what they typed when they formed the entity, often years ago, usually without realising the file is downloadable by anyone.
I prepare a written plan showing exactly where your address appears in Florida's records, and how to remove it from each place it appears.
The plan — $199 USD
For one Florida filing, I prepare a written plan covering:
- every place your address appears in the filing, and in what role
- the exact form for your entity type, and what it costs
- precisely what to change on each one
- the officer records, which is the part most people miss
Most people who try this alone amend the principal address, see it update on Sunbiz, and stop. The officer records carry their own copy of the address and stay exactly as filed until they're amended too — which is why an address someone "already removed" is often still published.
Prepared from your filing and checked personally before it's sent. It arrives within three business days.
$199 USD, one time. Florida charges its own filing fee — $50 for the amended annual report — and you pay that directly to the state. If you're due to file your annual report anyway, the same changes can go on that instead at no additional cost.
All of this is public, and you could work it out yourself. What you're paying for is that I've already done it, correctly, for your specific filing.

Refunds and cancellations
Before your plan is sent: email me and I'll refund you in full, no questions. Nothing has been delivered yet.
After your plan is sent: I'll refund you in full if the plan contains an error about your filing, or if it turns out there was nothing in the public record to remove. Because each plan is prepared for one specific filing and isn't useful to anyone else, I don't refund a change of mind after delivery.
Either way, email hello@llcaddresscheck.com and I'll handle it. If something's gone wrong I'd rather hear it from you than from your card issuer.
Cancellations: this is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There's nothing recurring to cancel.
Returns: nothing physical is shipped, so there's nothing to return.
What this is not
I prepare documents you file yourself. I don't file on your behalf and I don't provide legal advice. Whether Florida accepts a given amendment is up to Florida.
